Digital Security Management System
LSS Patrol employs a digital security management system. This system incorporates digital reporting and an electronic employee management system. All reports can be sent digitally to our clients, which reduces excess paperwork and eliminates the need for physical delivery of officer reports. The digital reporting system allows for guards to include media files in any of their reports.

AT LSS PATROL WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON PROVIDING THE CORRECT AND PROPER TRAINING TO ALL OFFICERS
LSS Patrol is the premier security provider for the warehousing and logistics industry. Proper training is essential to the success and workflow of security operations for the warehousing and logistics industries. Since LSS Patrol specializes in the logistic and warehousing industry, we have developed a specialized training course to ensure that our officers understand how to perform functions of the security operation flawlessly. Our training is updated on a regular schedule to combat new and emerging threats. At LSS Patrol we believe that training is crucial to the success of any security operation, no matter how small or large the security operation.
We train our officers on the following security duties:
- Access Control
- C-TPAT security requirements
- Different types of documentation i.e. Interchange Agreement, Bill of Lading(BOL), Harbor Dryage Bill, Interchange Agreement, etc
- Enforcement of client required equipment i.e., safety/reflective vests, steel toe boots, etc
- Enforcement of other client requirements i.e., clear bag policies etc
- How to properly maintain gate logs
- Identification of potentially compromised units i.e., checking the integrity of the seal on a container, damage on a container, etc
- Identification of potentially stolen inventory or products
- Proper employee search procedures
- Proper identification of container types, i.e. ocean, rail, trailer, etc
- Proper Inbound/Outbound procedures
- Yard Management System usage (client/site specific)
- Yard check
- Any other client requirements can be incorporated into site specific training
